COMMISSIONED WORK & CUSTOM DESIGN/BUILD SERVICES
Custom design-build projects are available on a quoted basis for individual clients, interior designers and architects. The process begins with a design consultation, initial sketches and prototypes. A $500 design fee is required for the first consultation, which is deducted from the final project cost, and a 50% deposit is due before the project begins, with the balance due on delivery. Lead times can vary and will be booked into the calendar accordingly once a deposit is secured. Nils is often available for on-site installation in the North East for an additional fee.
